Paints and Coatings We are supplying, exporting and importing a variety of glow in the dark paints or photo luminescent paints, which are used for many different applications. The paint is a coating, which has the speciality of glowing in light. Our company is offering different types of glow in the dark paints including water based acrylic, air dry lacquer, plastisols, etc. These are widely used in screen-printing on fabric. Several people prefer the glow paint for the safety of their goods and star murals as well.
ApplicationsThe paints exported and imported by our company are environmental friendly with the characteristics of non-toxic, weather resistance, good adhesion, and flame resistance with outstanding luminous effects. Our paints are extensively used on the surface of different materials like cement, wood, metal, plastic, etc.
How to Use - Use a transparent solvent -vehicle with natural or alkaline PH.
- Do not grind the pigment, just stir.
- Use light coloured ceramic or glass lined vessels, if possible.
- Although, solvent based paints are moisture free, some of these might absorb ambient moisture. Hence, it is very important to pay attention towards the prevention of moisture for enhancing shelf life of the vehicle, because it depends on the moisture content. Moisture diminishes the shelf life of vehicle.
- To minimize settling, use a viscous vehicle or anti-settling agents. Stir well prior to application.
- Apply a white base coat under the phosphorescent layer to improve afterglow.
- Apply a clear overcoat to protect the pigment from humidity and to improve gross.
- All additions should be free of heavy metal compounds.
- Plan on using 20 to 60 percent pigment (by weight).
Photo Luminescent Ink We offer superb quality photoluminescent ink for various applications. Adding photoluminescent pigment into the transparent printing ink can emanate photoluminescent ink. These are heat resistant and environmental friendly, which make them perfect to use for different applications. Abrasion performance and easy usage of this ink have helped us in creating a niche in the industry.
ApplicationsSeveral customers use our products for different applications that include printing of plastics, metals, papers, wooden products, printing on PVC, PC and aluminum plates and decoration.
How to Use - Viscosity of ink should be about 3000-5000 poise.
- During printing viscosity should be adjusted by using a diluting agent based on printing speed.
- Apply a white base coat under the phosphorescent layer to improve afterglow.
- Minimum film thickness of the LM layer should be 100um. A film thickness of 130-150um is required for achieving maximum afterglow. Two passes may be necessary for achieving this thickness.
- Ideal screen size will be 80-100 mesh.
- Larger screen openings will give better results.
- To minimize settling, use a viscous vehicle or anti-settling agents. Also stir well prior to printing.
- One kilogram of dry LM can cover 3.5 square meter area.
- It is important to keep the entire system dry.
